If you’re looking to return or exchange any of the products of your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged;
- Returned items must have tags still on (if applicable) and be returned in original packaging;
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
To initiate the process, please complete send us an e-mail describing the items you wish to return or exchange. After our reply, send the items suitably packed and in its original packaging.
Refunds or exchanges may take between 15 to 30 days (sometimes more) depending on the career company and customs if you are in a non-EU country.
All shipping fees regarding refunds and exchanges are completely covered by us. We just want you happy.
We don't accept lost or damaged refunds UNLESS it is our fault i.e. unsuitably packed items.
